How long does shipping take?

Your order takes 6 to 10 business days to reach us from our supplier, followed by 24 to 72 hours for courier delivery to your address once it's dispatched. We'll keep you updated throughout.

Do you deliver nationwide?

Yes, we deliver anywhere in South Africa. Orders to remote or outlying areas may occasionally take a little longer, or carry a small additional courier fee, this will always be communicated to you before it affects your order.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. You have a 7 calendar day cooling-off right on every order, no reason needed. If your item arrives faulty or damaged, we offer an extended 30-day return window. Full details are on our Refund Policy page.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information by email so you can follow its journey to your door.
