Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
Under Section 44 of South Africa's Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason, no explanation needed, within 7 calendar days from the date your item is delivered.
To qualify for this cooling-off cancellation, the item must be returned unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. Once we receive it back in the condition described above, your refund will be processed.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, or develops a genuine fault, we offer an extended 30-day return window from the date of delivery to make this easy and stress-free. In this case, we cover the cost of return shipping, and you can choose between a full refund or a replacement.
Beyond this 30-day window, South African law (Section 56 of the Consumer Protection Act) provides a 6-month implied warranty on goods, meaning genuine manufacturing defects remain your legal right to raise with us for up to 6 months from delivery, even after our 30-day process has passed.

Wrong Item Received
If we've made a mistake and sent you the wrong item, or it arrives visibly damaged in transit, this is not treated as a change-of-mind return. Contact us with a photo of the item as received, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including covering all shipping costs, at no charge to you.

How to Start a Return
Email us at hello.swayco@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with the next steps and, where applicable, a return address.

Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider's own processing time.
